Few people could crack me up as much as Robin Williams. He was nuts. He was hilarious. I still don't believe it.

Rest in peace dude.

One of the few true comedic geniuses.

Some years ago a good friend of mine was riding on a C130 with Robin Williams and Jeff Foxworthy to a isolated camp to put on a small USO show.

Along the way Robin and Jeff got into a contest to see who could break the other one up. The one liners and zingers were flying; in minutes everyone in the back of the plane was pretty much on the floor dying of laughter. The pilot had to shut off the intercom, he and the copilot were laughing so hard they had to shut it off or they might have crashed the plane.

RIP Mork.

Yes. He guest starred as Mork from Ork. He was so funny. They spun him off in his own TV show Mork & Mindy and he became a superstar. So very sad. I grew up watching him. :(

Before my time but I have heard of Mork.

He was a funny guy. Kind of off the wall funny.

I saw many comments from people who worked with him & loved him.

Yep I remember well.

Loved his brilliant comedic talent. So sad to wake up this morning to hear of his tragic end. I'll add my condolences.

Great entertainer and showed versatility from comedy to a more serious role in Good Will Hunting. I really enjoyed his work, he will be missed.

I think of his 1987 HBO Special which was hilarious and as usual with Williams, ahead of its time. We had just moved as a family and I missed my friends and I kept watching this over-and-over again, thinking about how much fun it would be to watch it with my friends.

I didn't like the movie Dead Poets Society. I thought the script was weak and often ridiculous. But, Williams' performance in that movie was so incredible that I think it fooled a lot of people into thinking the movie was better than it was. He then had a fantastic performance in Good Will Hunting playing a similar type of character, but changing it just enough to distinguish the two from each other. For me, I always felt that was something hard to pull off.

Sad day. The world just became less funny and less talented.

He certainly is getting a huge amount of love on all the networks.

He did a ton of charity work for the military.

He just seems to have been a wonderful kind lovely man.

Not too long ago on Letterman, .. he was bragging on his kids and stuff.

I wish for them and his wife that he could have gotten through the day yesterday without making this decision.
