People say that about Byron....but at the end of the day when they drafted Byron he was raw......and by the time he was done here he was one of the better corners in the league. Who's to say that position switch and journey he went on didn't help him?

He has gone from corner to safety back to corner last year I guess he was told to prepare for safety work at the end of the season and now he is a corner. switching DB spots is more than oh here is the CB book let have that safety book back.

Yeah he should be ok. At the end of the day he will be better for it. I don't believe a guy changing positions will hurt or deter his career. If anything it could mean they just don't see enough in him at any position to realize what he is. But Quinn saw him and said he thinks he's a corner. He's not "screwed" lol.

They are professional players. Its what you have to be able to do. If you can't do it then he may not be cut out for the league.

He was elite talent? When? And i'm not sure what this has to do with anything? Byron hit is ceiling as a cornerback not a safety. That may be the same for Robinson.

What he meant to say, is they screwed this kid over! However, I think he will be fine.

His metrics considered him elite he has the ball skills of a brick wall. Robinson is already starting in a whole he was drafted sat all season and now he has new DC which drafted his "type" of players to replace him.

You mean there was a learning curve with switching to safety.

God forbid we ask players to go through a learning curve!

At most this should be a 1 year delay in his progression. It does not mean he is "screwed up".
