Rodney Harrison says Cowboys are not a well coached team! Agrees with fans on coachin

I agree with Rodney. barely beating a winless KC team in OT isn't gonna do anything to change my opinion.

Is Jeff Fischer a good coach? How's his team doing? Coaches are overated at this level. Wade didn't drop any passes, fumble any balls, miss any field goals or miss any tackles yesterday. He also called a pretty good game as a D coordinator and as a head coach. I'm just sayin.

Maybe so, but who rides them and holds them accountable when they do? Do you think a Jimmy Johnson led team would STILL be doing this? :banghead:

Well ....there are alot of angles with this team. I think it's more complicated than Rodney is realizing.

For one the Cowboys have a BIG problem with closing out winnable games in the 4th Quarter.

Two the Defense is starting to like contact.

While yesterday was ugly Dallas had never won a game @ ArrowHead, Dallas played terrible vs the Giants and barely lost, the Broncos just beat Brady and the Pats to go 5-0 we gave them 7 points with that Romo turnover @ Mile High.

Thankfully there are some "points of light" going into the BYE week. Lastly just remember the main Goal this year is being able to finish out the last 5-6 games gelling strong, an ideal NFL lifetimes away from being undefeated in week 5.

What? You mean the team that led the NFL in penalties last year and will probably be at or near the league leader after this week may not be well coached?

What does four offsides penalties in one drive say about bad coaching to Rodney Harrison? Isn't he reading a little to much into this?

I find it particularly difficult to watch Harrison. He's just not cut out for television.

Harrison is a complete idiot, and thus it speaks horribly to our coaching staff when even he can correctly call them out on their ineptitude

Dallas can play at the level of any team. The best OR the worst. Write them off if you want.

Oh, and **** you barry horn. :) Once again you find the bright spot in all the media's spiel.

That is exactly the sign of a team who has their coaches character.
It's not a good thing.

Agree. While teams like Cinci are playing consistently well every game, we're playing up or down to the level of our competition... There is no continuity because the coaching just is not there. We'll only go so far on the "will of the players". 8-8 here we come. Yay...

75% of this team couldn't handle having Jimmy as a coach, period. You think Parcells was tough? Jimmy would've left Patrick Crayton in KC yesterday. And the shock of that would've hurt so many players' feelings on this team that they would've collapsed. By the way, Jimmy's teams weren't penalty free or always sharp. They've had some ****ty games too. It's not always the coaching. In fact, at this level, it's most certainly on the players.

NBC's Rodney Harrison may be the first network type to say what a lot of you are thinking: The Cowboys are not a well-coached team

NBC may soon be mourning the Cowboys' season. After all, the Cowboys are scheduled for two more Sunday Night appearances -- vs. Philadelphia and vs. Washington -- and they didn't exactly overwhelm the lowly Chiefs.

NBC's own experts weren't exactly crowing over the Cowboys yesterday.

Rodney Harrison, the ex-Pat and Chargers DB: "I don't like their chances. I think they think they are better than they are. They're too inconsistent and not a well coached team. I don't believe in this team."

Tony Dungy, the ex-Colts coach, did not go quite so far: "Right now they are not a playoff-type team. You can beat the Kansas City's of the world like this but to win the NFC East they are going to have to play much better."

Al Michaels, the crafty veteran, offered a more old-school analysis of the Cowboys situation: He called the Cowboys OT win over the win-less Chiefs: "A very important and dramatic win for those guys. Romo needed a game like that. Wade Phillips needed a game like that."

you seem to have a running theme in your posts to support an agenda and anything to the contrary is met with more agenda driven propoganda.

Maybe Wade should hand out Syringes and tell the players to take cheap shots, so Rodney would thumbs-up his job approval.

You mean when they almost lost to the Browns last week?

Or when they collapsed vs Denver?
