Parcells put up with LTs crap. Ro wouldn't be kicked to the curb as fast as all the Parcells guys think.

LT also just so happened to be a game changing, Hall of Fame linebacker who could rush the passer like no one else could at the time.

Ro is not even close to being half as good as LT.

I don't think McClain is here because he's irreplaceable or they are trying to get him to hit hi potential. I think they know what they have in him and for the price its pretty good value. He's going to be a guy who at times can be dominant and at times can be a JAG and he's going to have some minor off the field issues that you will have to deal with. He's not irreplaceable but he has a role on this team especially with how much he gets paid. From all reports i've read he's a smart guy. He plays tough. Just can't string some consistency in there.

You forgot to mention his strong work ethic and how intelligent he is, as per every interview Jason Garrett has about every team member.
