Well ain't that ducky.
I ca't say I'm truly surprised. He's one of those guys where "something" always comes up.

Has been since he came into the league and probably before that and still happening now.
It's going to be interesting to see what hpw the Cowboys react to this as far as a contract offer.

Breaking News: Ed Werder says no comment to Adam Schefter quoting Todd Archer and himself as sources.

The fine or suspension should put an interesting twist on contract negotiations but it should not be that detrimental.

I ripped the Cowboys for trading for him. It turns out they were right, clearly. But I think it's time we turn the page on this headcase and just be thankful we got the production out of him that we did.

Sean Lee is back, admittedly with a return ticket, and we've got FA and the draft for other options.

I don't think it's necessary to turn the page on him, but I certainly wouldn't offer him much of a contract. He's proved himself to still be a risk with this news, so Dallas needs to proceed cautiously.

If it can get Bruce Carter and/or Justin Durant to return instead, I'd be all right with that although McClain is the best of the three overall.

Oh, I didn't know that. Then I posted a misleading thread title.

I think I'll go to my room and think about what I've done.

It is still obviously relevant though. This means whatever drug he's hooked on that caused him two previous failures he needs so much that he would risk 1/4th of his salary going out the door for it.

Lee will be back but surely not 100% in 2015, just sayin...

Fine, suspension...it doesn't change my stance. This guy is an incident waiting to happen. Unless he comes crawling back to Dallas on a one year deal, I'm not interested.

Ha ha! Still- I kind of agree with your previous post of getting out while the getting's good as far as Ro McClain.
He has obvious talent and makes the Defense better when he's in and focused, but that's the thing:
he's not in much of the time for various reasons and he's not focused all the time.

I'm not going to moan if they resign him (unless the numbers are stupid), but I can see the case for letting him go further ruin the Commanders.
