I have to count Rolando as my biggest Cowboy player disappointment. When he was on the field he was so friggin good, loved how he played, that is EXACTLY the kind of physical LB with range we need. If only he could have gotten his off-the-field act together.

He was a big old boy too. Was super easy to spot on the field. I really enjoyed watching him play, when he was out there.

Crazy he was reinstated but then cut by the Cowboys after Bryant's suspension kicked in.
