I believe there is a lot of merit to a person's character, and I think it translates to performance on the field. if you buy into the system, and work hard, and spend time in the studies of the game, it will show on sunday. I take THAT guy over the lazy, give me a check because I'm a Biadasz dude all day. Rolando is special, but chemistry is a proven comodity...

Unfortunately linebacker is the weak spot on this team, people say it's our d-line, and that's a matter of how you perceive it. If you value depth, then Linebacker is most critical, we have no depth, our defensive line has depth, we just are very average. Health is critical to this teams success, Especially at line backer, they take a lot of abuse, and have held up well so far. Next year's draft should go defensive end and line backer in first two rounds. Just my opinion, but lean on a defensive draft. This team is real good and fixing to be great, good to be a Cowboy fan these days.

OH I hope you're right. Sure we can use a better #2 WR, but we need defensive players. #32 in the draft line will probably limit our options, but we should still be focused on the defense next draft.

As far as Ro, if he's ready I'd take him back. He's a heck of a lot better at it than Hitchens & Durant will ever be. Chemistry isn't near as important as production in the play offs. I'm sure the players can all deal with that reality in the NFL.
