Romo and DMac prove there is no such thing as team chemistry

If only Romo could avoid turnovers in elimination games.. you know.. specifically that Commanders game in 2012 where he crapped the bed.

And only if you could remember or take your glasses off long enough to mention the 4th quarter touchdown drive in Washington a year later that saved the season to get us to a play in game the next week against philadelphia, maybe then would people like you ever start to make sense.

Or maybe, the fact that he has a 4/1 touchdown to turnover ratio in the playoffs would ever cross your mind. LOL.

Might be even better with Romo and Zeke :omg:

Anyways, glad we have two QB's who can lead this team at a moments notice. Today only confirmed to me that Romo can still play at a high level and he will continue as health allows for us or another team. I am pretty sure that he is gone but it was great to see him out there today!

I am still convinced that Zeke is the x-factor in all of this, teams gameplan mainly for him. Would Dak and DMC be as effective? I am not so sure........

I love Dak and hope he continues on this path :D
And I agree. Romo and Zeke sure as hell would see less stacked boxes.

Dak threw 4 all season.....take your glasses off and let me know when Romo has done that. Last season Romo played in his many games and had how many turnovers

The last season he played he threw 34 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. For his career, he has well over a 2/1 TD to INT ratio.

You come on here talking about he has never avoided turning the ball over. The numbers..........oh and common sense, prove that not only are you wrong but horribly wrong.

But keep the foolishness coming.

I'm actually tired of continually repeating myself. 4th & 2, end zone vs pass to Beasley. Home again
That's your example of "screwing up"? Give me a break. A play where the QB put the ball where the receiver made the catch and was overruled by Dean Dumbino, and an entire rule change was made to cover up the his own incompetence?

Your anti-Romo agenda is lame.

Ellios the cog that makes this team move....Remove him and we will see how good Dallas is.

Mistakes mistakes. Romo's legacy.

We wouldnt had been in that position if Romo didnt crap the bed, once again, against the Matt Flynn led Packers. Classic Romo in the 4th quarter, indeed!

The same legacy any QB would have with the majority of their prime with Jerry as GM and trainee Garrett as HC. Thankfully Jerry has mainly stepped back and Garrett seems to have learned something after his years of training.

Except he has never "screwed up" in the playoffs. The team got beat by superior teams, even in 2007 by the red hot Giants who went on to beat the only 18-0 team in history. And teams game plan a QB every regular season game.
Yep, Romo has been on some pretty lackluster teams throughout his career. Without him the past 10 years and we are no better than a 500 team. At this point Romo definitely would make us a more wide open offense, but Dak is in control and we will see how it all plays out soon enough.

He's also never had as few touchdowns or as few yards in a season where he started all 16 games.
Took Dak 1 season to match Romo best winning season. Had Dak played all game most likely sets the record in team history with 14 wins. Romo also has never had 11 straight wins in a season.

Winning is what matters. Dak is better at not turning the ball over and winning games.......it's not even a debate

This isn't personal but

A) these threads are only done to incite bs

B) the whole premise is bs. I may not have played in the pros or college but played enough in all sports in HS to know all teams are built on chemistry. Guys aren't robots and some guys can lead. Romo is s great guy but stop acting like we have 13-14 Romo instead of hurt on every hit for 2 years Romo. This disrupts flow.

These threads are ridiculous and embarrassing when a rookie QB is in the MVP talk and we are a #1 seed

I don't judge quarterbacks solely by how many games their teams win, but then I have an IQ above double digits.

Herculean coaching effort to get this team 13 wins. It's not all that talented overall. It didn't matter who was hurt. Sign of good coaching. I've supported Marinelli from the beginning. He's proven what he does works throughout his years. But JG/Linehan have surprised me.

Not trying to discount your post but Romo never played with this team. He played most of his years while Garrett was rebuilding.
Haha Romo hasn't played most his career with Garrett rebuilding. 2014 we had a really good team and while it's not totally Romo fault we came up short. 07 another season we came up short and countless others including 8-8 seasons with a chance to make the playoffs.

Romo never played with the 90s teams, Aikman never played with the 70s teams. That's not an excuse to be using

Romo played last season, come on now what was his stats.........
