Have you heard that Romo is trying to qualify for the U.S. Open? What is your thoughts about that?

There goes our season.

Best of luck. Not sure people get how difficult it is for an amateur to qualify for the US Open

I guess Ware doesn't care about football because he only has one playoff win. Witten only thinks about himself, and not the team, the "proof" is the one playoff win.
Nail, meet hammer.

LAY UP???!??

Laying up is for wimps... Roy McEvoy had the right idea... :D

Never lay up! C'mon man.
I rely on my short irons more than putting and I play to win.

Ware and Witten don't play QB OLB's and TE's aren't blamed for losses they don't influence the outcome of a game near as much as a QB.

You know what they say...."Drive for show, put for dough."

I always get a kick out of guys who spend $500 on a driver that they'll use 12 times a round, and are afraid to spend anything on a good putter, which they will use 30+ times a round.

I only used my putter 27 times last Sat. Very good day on the course. :D

I only drive with short irons on par 3's.

I can actually show you where every winning Super Bowl QB in History is a golfer.

Golf isn't an issue. Naive fans is the issue.

Welcome to the Zone. Hold on tight. It gets bumpy in here.
Can you show me where Romo rates in that group. Oh that's right they play Golf. Now who's NAIVE....??

Putting is all in the head the putter you use has very little to do with making putts it's a confidence thing it's the indian not the arrow.

Ben Crenshaw was one of the greatest putters of all time and he used an old $30 putter that he used as a kid. Putters haven't changed all that much through the years but drivers have.

They went from wooden heads to steel then on to large titanium heads.

Even though driver heads have gotten bigger they've gotten lighter due to the head composites and the new light weight shafts.

You can improve your game a lot with a driver by adding accuracy and a lot more distance if you're fitted correctly.

There's a lot more technology in a driver than a putter. If you can't get off the tee it sets you up for a bad hole.

Golf has become a distance game with the length of courses so investing in a good driver that fits your swing is important. You can buy a putter right off the rack and make putts you need to be fitted for a driver.
