Romo is going to gut it our Per MSNBC

It's not about being a tough guy and playing with pain. It is about being effective and having control of your throws. Romo's last two throws to TO were not effective and very out of control.

I have no doubt Romo can handle the pain, what needs to be answered is can he throw with accuracy and control and can he hang onto the ball under duress. He wasn't hanging onto the ball before the injury.

Rest it, heal it and get to the bye week and evaluate it then.

I'd rather him sit this week and let it heal a little than rush back and hurt it more. We need him more for Giants and Skins coming up in a few weeks. Brad should be ok as long as our o-line shapes up, and if he's really stinking the joint up throw Bollinger in and see what he can do.
