Agreed. My worries are not about his weight but what is between his ears. If he is studying a lot of film and eating cheeto's.. that is fine with me. As long as he is soaking up what he is watching in the film room which hasn't been the case for years.

You hate Romo; we get that. Why would anyone believe anything you had to say about him?

Sorry but I totally agree with the OP. He looks bloated, overweight, poor skin tone and just terrible in general. Something isn't right.

No.
Maybe 5 lbs, if that.

They said that he has had to avoid working out since mid Apri,l but is just now getting back to it. He claims he's spent his time in the film room with various coaches and by himself....getting mentally sharp.

Good enough for me
By all accounts he is a hard worker

I knew once he gave up the the golf the pounds would just start piling on, you just can't beat the intensity of on the course conditioning. I expect him to balloon up to Jamarcus Russell proportions by season start. This is a nightmare.

And you know this how? Where is your medical degree from? I mean you clearly seem to have inside information here.

Sorry, but having a medical degree doesn't guarantee one to have knowledge in regards to nutrition, exercise and wellness in general.

Most doctors in traditional medical school learn how to diagnose disease, "treat" and write prescriptions.

First you want him to stop playing golf

Now you're saying he's out of shape during the offseason.

Make up your damn mind. Just leave this man alone already.

Ben Roeth won a Super Bowl and he's a fatty..Romo will be fine

Yes, he looks a little overweight. You can see it in his face and he'll need to put in a little extra work to get back into game shape.

I don't see why it's so difficult to admit the guy could have gained a little weight in the offseason and needs to work it off. It happens to a lot of guys and he just had a kid.

Usually about this time every year we hear about the things Romo has been trying to add to his game during the offseason, whether it's delivery, calm feet, etc but I wouldn't be surprised if that isn't the case this year, anyone who's ever had a child should know why.

No medical degree here. But it doesn't take "House" to see he's put on some pounds. I only bring it up because it got me thinking the golf may have not been a bad thing afterall. It's early and I know he has plenty of time to knock the love handles off, but what else is there to talk about :)

I've already answered here but I wanted to know...what pic are people basing this on?

Romo often appears soft and out of shape. I remember seeing pictures of him golfing with Tiger. I thought it was weird that the golfer looked like he was in better shape than the football player.

Doesn't show good work habits or good leadership

Unshaven and scruffy? Yes.

Cap on backwards and not fitted? Yes.

Fat, bloated, stuffed with Cheetos, and all the other crap posted? No.

Is he ripped like Ware? No, and never has been.

Is this ridiculous? Of course, but par for the course.

Romo should get cut like Tebow and maybe he would be as good as him too.

Something tells me Tebow isn't all that happy about the way he was cut. :)
