How about not sacking Warner until late in the 4th when he basically took the sack?

How about letting the Cardinals get a first down on a 3rd and 21?

Yeah Tony, you need to man up...

Please.

We can all pick our favorite poison and run with it, but the fact is the whole team is under performing and no one is wrong in their assessment, when they choose, they're just being one sided.

Everybody needs to man up, the problems are team-wide. Romo is not playing like he used to, our D is complete vanilla and we have every reason to question the coaching.

We never gave Drew Bledsoe a pass when he was getting knocked down and sacked so Im not doing that to Romo. The reason he took over was his ability to scramble and make plays. Now instead of plays, hes turning the ball over.

Hes played stupid all season. He knows he is not getting good protection and yet he still wants to stay there like he has all day to throw. PROTECT THE BALL and ITS OKAY TO THROW IT AWAY. Why has that thought not entered his brain?

Yes, the Oline was horrid, but TONY STILL NEEDS TO PROTECT THE BALL. If not for a lucky bounce in overtime, the Cardinals win the game right there.

And before someone throws this at me, Im not saying to put Brad Johnson in yet, Im saying Tony needs to protect that darn ball.

We lost a tough game to a good football team.

Our Special Teams are crap. Our Offensive line played like crap. Wade needs to be fired, but we know thats not happening.

He would have gotten a pass if he were throwing for 300 yards and 3 TDs per week despite the OLine failing

If he were the main reason we had a very good team he would have gotten that pass

9 straight games with a turnover lets stop with the excuses folks please. we are all cowboys fans here we can all keep it real.

the o-line got whipped today but tony has to stop with these stupid turnovers every game you cant get by in the playoffs with these turnovers.

sometimes it takes a game with none to win. i love romo too and he helped my fantasy team win today but he has to stop with these poor decisions and he would have thrown another int this year if crayton didnt knock it out of the guy's hand

I think everyone here realizes this.

The premise of this thread was to say Romo is to take the loss on his shoulders...and that is beyond ridiculous.

I've lowered my expectations of this team, not because of the play of the offense, but because of the pure ineptness of the defense.

Lot of blame to go round today, but putting most of it on Romo is stupid. Yes he does need to protect the ball more, it would also help if he felt safer in the pocket. The majority of the time he looks nervous dropping back, not good.

Is it just me, or does it seem that Romo is going to be the kind of QB that puts up stats but never comes through for you when you need him most? I hope I'm wrong.

Well, that certainly him now...

Blaming the defense is BS. Here are the stats from the game. Our D had two turnovers within the first 4 drives which resulted in zero points for the offense.

And take responsibility for this loss.

We gave him all the credit when we were winning big. But it is about time he step up and say "I lost this game."

I know special teams and our O-line didn't play that well today but Romo's fumbles have reminded me of the Q-Carter days. Absolutely horrible!!

He missed wide open receivers again and again. The guy can not give us another half A**** press conference telling us how close the game was.

The sky is not falling yet but it is pretty damn close. Romo acts like he has no heart/confidence. He has become a joke. I just hope the Cowboys fans who are able to call in to local radio shows light him up tomorrow. He needs a big time wake up call. Benching him against the Rams might be a good thing for this entire team.

Are you fricken serious? Wow...just...wow. You know what? I hate to lose as much as anyone else. This is football folks every game won't be a win. Romo took some hard , hard hits today...so don't say he didn't play with heart. If he can get back up some 11 times...he has heart. Could this team be better than what we have seen lately? Of course they can.
This is what we have for this season...these are the players and coaches we have this year. So are you a Cowboy fan or what? Lets root them on and hope they can over come their trials and injuries and become the great team we know they are.
I got excited in this game..they rallied back and the Barber touchdown was thrilling. The field goal by folk..the time out that didn't shake him. Remember last year....split the up rights twice for 51 yards after a time out call.
winning the toss in overtime...I was up and down and hooping and hollering.
Yes, the loss saddened me....but the game was exciting...and thats another great thing about football. Cause if you can't ever get excited over a ball game win or lose......why even watch it!:starspin :starspin :starspin

Can you show me stats from the second half, you know, when Warner looked like he was in a Rams uniform all over again?

Yeah, Romo needs to man up. Anything less than 640 yards and 6 touchdowns is flat out unforgiveable.

The Oline is playing fine, and that special teams coach has a bright future in the NFL.

I swear Monte Kiffin was coaching that defense today!
