I'm sure you've all seen/heard 'em. If we continue and finish 14-2/15-1 I fully expect Romo to receive the MVP nod over Murray, unless he breaks the single season rushing record.
It's possible, however, there are 3 other QBs currently ahead of Romo statistically (by QB rating) -- those guys might have to falter a bit and have Romo keep getting better.
Personally I think there is zero chance of Romo getting MVP if Murray goes over 2000.
Rodgers if he keeps on the pace of 40 TDs and 2 Interceptions would also be a difficult guy to beat if MVP if he keeps it up.
Finally, Manning is on pace for another 40-50 TD season.
Who cares? I bet Romo does not give a crap about that.
If he gets it he becomes a legitimate HoF candidate, even without a Lombardi. I'd reckon he cares a lot about it.
Peyton deserves it, whether or not he's a media darling. He's having a simply ridiculous season so far. Tony's been great and I love him, but there's not really any argument right now for him over Peyton (or Rodgers, or Rivers, for that matter) as MVP.Yeah, unfortunately I think media darling Peyton will take it if it goes to a QB.

Romo MVP rumblings are starting - by Cowboy Brian
Have you not seen the numbers these QB's are putting up?
Andrew Luck 2331 yards 19 td 7 int
Philip Rivers 1961 yards 17 td 3 int
Peyton Manning 1848 yards 19 td 3 int
Aaron Rodgers 1674 yards 18 td 1 int
And neither does the rest of the team. One team, one goal, last man standing.
