T.O. questioning that Romo and Witten drawing up their own plays in the sand?

And, perhaps Choice questioning whether Romo should have thrown his way during that fumble in the Commander game last season?

Colombo watching Romo get up from the ground because he missed his block and not helping him up? (maybe Colombo was thinking up a new song during the game)?

If you did not notice some of the things that the older players that are gone now have done and how they just seemed to go through the motions, then I don't know what to tell you.

But, one thing I think I will be able to tell you later on, is that this is now Romo's team, a team with young hungry players that HAVE to look to Romo for guidance because they know they have to learn from him...he is the starting QB.

Watching these young Oline players you can already see the fight that they have in them, and even at this young stage, they are a hell of a lot better than those others that have been released.

There is a changing of the guard, and it starts with Garrett, which in turn has Romo's back, and the young pups now know the pecking order. Not longer are there some players that think that just because they were vets before Romo became the starter that they might not have had to look to him for leadership.

These young guys will now have to...not forced to, but will have to.

I believe after the playoff loss Owens did say Romo was his qb and he backed his qb, whether he meant it or not at least he said it in front of the cameras.

Saying these older players didnt respond or were responsive to Romo and all of a sudden tehse younger guys are is not the way to go with no proof what so ever. We dont know what was said or done in the meeting rooms or locker room. Gronk missed his block and Romo paid the price, thats fact can we assume Gronk didnt like Romo? No. Just because we got younger doesnt even mean these players like Romo, heck with the people ive seen from the younger generation we can just all assume these guys like a paycheck, it would be wrong tho.

Lets see what facts evolve first and go from there.

Why did they cut him? BECAUSE HE WAS A BAD ROLE MODEL FOR THE YOUNG GUYS ON THE TEAM!

Hopefully those kind of players, not team players, but players, will also be weeded out. And I think Garrett knows that.

I thought because he lost a step and his drops at the wrong time werent helping, plus this guy called Miles austin was pretty good.

I fi remmeber too Owens totally dissed Hurd when Hurd wanted to work and ask him questions. He was a total ****** to his teammates when it came to taking them out or hanging with them off the field. Horrible role model for the team.
