Romo or Brady? Which is more capable of using their BIG PLAY WR effectively?

I almost can't either, but if you look a little deeper, this isn't really a QB thread... It's another "Pump Up T.O." thread. ;)

Romo has a long way before he gets the benefit of the doubt over Brady.

We have a winner..................:banghead:

The ironic thing is that there isn't a pedestal which stands high enough which Owens couldn't knock a quarterback down from. I hope that Romo has a great season.

He's gonna need it.

Lol, nobody knows. And I don't care if one of the qbs name is Brady. That's why we watch the games, to see how it unfolds. Really if it was as simple as putting a big name qb with a big name wr, everybody would be aiming for it and going to a super bowl.

I also honestly question the compatability between Moss and Brady. Brady is this precision thrower, seldomly taking chances.. Well how does that fair well with a WR that's biggest weapon IS the qb taking chances and throwing it up where noone else can catch it? It doesn't imo. Not in the least. Brady is just going to piss Moss off by throwing to him shorter and making Moss do some work after catching the ball. The guy's going to get beat up and eventually start taking it out on his QB.

Year #2. I believe TO and T-RO will own this contest if I was going to take a guess. And just because it is their second year together afterall. It should help them get a jump start on their "counterparts" in the AFC East.

To add: My greatest concern though isn't the productivity Owens will put up, but the numbers Billechek will aim at for Moss just to out do Parcells' effort with TO last year. I could see that squiggly little ******* getting the ball to him 10-15 times a game and tickling Moss literally pink in the process just to show he's the bigger Kingpin over Parcells.

Thanks.... some real depth there... never really thought about the "precision of Brady" and the "Jump Ball Moss" being a problem.... but it is something to think about and look for...

We can only hope that "Year 2: for Romo and TO can be successful.

LOVE your sig image.

And I know you are looking for more in depth analysis and you already put in parameters about Romo being early in his development.

Thanks. Randy was the reason I started playing and that was years after his death(I didnt know who he was before 1986 - he died in 1982) . I discovered his music on the Blizzard and Diary albums and was BLOWN away.... I said... I HAVE TO LEARN THAT.... and I did... not just a great guitar player... more importantly... a great composer of music

I didn't take the time to read all the posts, but how do we know what Brady can do with an elite WR? He hasn't had one his entire career. Now he does. Wait 'til the end of the season to have this conversation.
