This is the type of game I wanted to see. Does Dak trust his arm and do the coaches trust him to throw it. While I enjoyed Dak using his feet to extend plays, Romo goes ahead and points out (two times before our final drive) what was open if Dak decides to pass instead of run. Well this game goes to show th difference between a QB who looks to use his legs and one that uses their arm to win games.

I was telling another poster that Romo was discussing missed opportunities by Dak.

It's only going to get worse for Dak because other commentators /nfl analysts will follow Romo's lead.

Please review the game and count the number of times Smith was carried into his face or failed to block. It was a lot. A real lot.

How many times did he step up to buy time? Watch the film the passing lanes are there, even Romo kept saying he needed to step up and release the ball quickly, he's holding on to the football too long.

Dak didn't play great, but the offense and the staff did him 0 favors. Much like when Romo was here.

This franchise is Browns'esque. Richard was the best hire in years, and we need to do similarly on offense.

It's hard to even know what you have when the scheme changes week to week and we completely avoid doing what we're best at. Just make best hire you can for Head Coach and OC and let's go from there.
