He had no time to throw most of the day. Penalties from our O line had us backed up all day. No run game. and this is what happens. Our O line was the weak link of this offense today.
Quite a few important drops also. Dak gave us an opportunity but he cant snap the ball and kick it .

The kicker missed the kick, think that had something to do with us losing today.

The crux of the issue!!

This, the same Romo who was completly in over his head and was completly outdueled by a freaking horrible Commanders team led by Colt McCoy?

Garrett was the actual play caller and Romo wasn’t even involved in game planning meetings, because Garrett didn’t allow him nor did defenses key in completely on stopping his RB, leaving guys in one on one matchups all day long. He wasn’t anywhere outmatched compared to Dak.

Still lost the game and had WRs running free all game that we got to see only because Tony was showing us!

Otherwise we would hear how the WRs are terrible and this Oline is to blame!

Open your eyes people the FAKE news media is trying to keep us stuck with Garrett and Dak!!!
Tony went 8-8 with the same cowboys three years. Tony also had prime Dez hof TO and hof Witten. Dak doesn’t even have a te let alone a wr that can take the game over. You can’t trot that garbage out at wr and te and expect Dak to carry you.

Dak just isn’t good enough.

He’s just middle of the pack.

He isn’t as terrible as some make him out to be. But he isn’t anything special either. And the team will struggle to win anything meaningful as long as he is starting.
Middle of the pack has been shown to be good enough not that a elite QB wouldn't be great

How many times did he step up to buy time? Watch the film the passing lanes are there, even Romo kept saying he needed to step up and release the ball quickly, he's holding on to the football too long.

I doubt there is a QB that is hit more. Dak has less than 10 clean pockets to throw in every game. His is beat up. Needs to be better but that OL and the coaches give him no chance.

He had a qbr of 96 with pressure all day and the only fumble was after a play which he converted and then the OL takes a penalty.

He converted it because of the hold. No way Dak gets that pass off without the take down.

This is the type of game I wanted to see. Does Dak trust his arm and do the coaches trust him to throw it. While I enjoyed Dak using his feet to extend plays, Romo goes ahead and points out (two times before our final drive) what was open if Dak decides to pass instead of run. Well this game goes to show th difference between a QB who looks to use his legs and one that uses their arm to win games.

Yeah Romo blew a lot of those games with his arm throwing it to the other team
