Radar gun velocities are actual objective quantifiable data. Unlike your gif or video which may or may not exist which is subjective.
Speak for yourself. I'm not convinced Prescott is the future. I haven't seen enough.
The NFL.com scouting report is just an example. All you have to do is google for Dak Prescott scouting report writeups from actual NFL talent scouts, and you will see the same things.
Again, you know better than all of these NFL personnel people, and SEC scouts? Please. Give me a break.
Not one single person anywhere has cried about Dak's noodle arm or lack of armstrength all year. NOT ONE. The lack of zip he sometimes has is not because of armstrength ,but rather poor footwork which has dogged him his entire time at Miss St.
This should put to bed any argument about armstrength. Although i'm sure mattjames2010 "i post like a /pol reader" will discount this too.
I don't know why I didn't look this up before, but its ball velocity from the combine for QBs going back several years.
http://blogs.ourlads.com/2016/03/02/quarterback-ball-velocity-at-nfl-combine-2008-2015/
Dak Prescott's average ball velocity was 54mph. For comparison, Jameis Winston was 55mph, as was Russell Wilson. Joe Flacco also recorded 55mph. Tyrod Taylor - 50mph.
Throwing a football roughly as hard as Jameis Winston, Joe Flacco, and Russell Wilson means you have a noodle arm? I don't buy it.
So....all this is on Dak? He played a bad game but he also had poor play calling from the sideline. He also had a receiver who quit on his route on a play which caused an interception and another interception from the receiver fell down. It was also a cold environment. Some of you need to learn the WHOLE game of football befor you make comments. You act as though Romo never had a bad game. He had PLENTY. And I like Romo. The Giants have a very good defense....period.Giants had the 28th? ranked pass defense going into tonight and they were missing their best pass rusher. Not hard to find defenses like that,

This isn't a one game thing. Things Dak did poorly in this game, he's done poorly all season. It's been proven that his mechanics break down and he is extremely inaccurate when under pressure. It's always been a matter before a team would force him to throw and he would fail. The last drive, he didn't even manage to gain yards in four downs.
Many of us have pointed this out all year and have said Romo was the better option. 2-24 on third downs the past two weeks, the multiple fumbles, the poor showing last night and the constantly inaccurate throws prove this.
First of all, he's a rookie. There are going to be things he needs to work on. His footwork need some work. Is he a good QB....yes. Some of the playcalling has been horrible. The guy lead a team that's won 11 in a row. He has a bad game and the window is open for you to throw Romo in there. Who said things would have been better with him in there? We don't know for sure. Who knows if he would have held up a complete game without being injured? Romo is fragile. Can't take hits anymore. The only reason you DON'T put Romo in is the chemistry of the team. Unless Dak get's hurt, Romo doesn't play. You ride the season out. Even if it means losing the first playoff game. Replacing Romo for any other reason and you lose the lockerroom and and the team. Lose that....and it won't be a Superbowl anyway. This team is not built for ONE season. As much as I'd like to win the Superbowl, I'm proud of Dak and this team if we don't make it. Poor all year and yet he has one less game in a ROW that Romo won in 2014.
In fairness, Dak had a little help from the best OL and RB in football. This isn't about Dak or Romo. It's about the team. If you think Dak gives the team, THIS YEAR, the best chance to win a Super Bowl, fine. I believe Romo gives Dallas a better chance to win a title this year. We disagree, fine.Soft soft fan base.
11-2 ....... and morons want to bench the guy who got us there.

Keep that up, and you'll be riding the pine, son.
To be fair, 1 game Romo lost while playing with a broken back. 1 game he lost on limited rest. 1 loss was week 1. And 1 loss wasn't his. His record that year was 12-3, 12-2 while not playing with a broken back. Just saying, not that horrible and Dak has already lost as many games as Romo did in 2012 when not playing with a broken back.Poor all year and yet he has one less game in a ROW that Romo won in 2014.

Or Beasley, Lee, or Mo when he gets back.Nobody is suggesting that Zeke or the OL be benched.
