Romos Accuracy

I guess I hold Romo up to high standards.Nobody is perfect. Its just opinion guys.I think its something he can improve on a bit.

Romo's accuracy has been so good since he became a starter that people actully remember the bad passes and harp on them.

This thread is about the silliest one I have seen in a long while and that is saying something right there!

I think there is always room for improvement. If he was hitting 50 something precent I would say it was a problem so while I don't think he has a problem with his accuracy I think you should strive to improve.

what i will i say is he has struggled a lot in a few games. sometimes we cant get the ball to receivers. I'm hoping that changes with a new philosophy.

It was fueled by a immature Foreskin fan, Sammy Balls...

I will be paying attention to it.Last year his accuracy was off a lot.I have heard in this camp its been up and down.I watched Brees on Sports Science hit a bullseye on an archery target from like 20 yards 10 out of 10.

If his accuracy was "off a lot", how does improving "a bit" help?

I know. I know. No comment (as usual).

This toll still here?

Dude lives here. I truely believe he's a closet Boyz fan and I can't really blame him. Look at the accuracy of the QB he has to follow every week. Poor fella!!:D

When it comes to nitpicking, I've learned from the master.

All quarterbacks seek to improve their game. Romo is no exception.

JC

Of course I remember the splint. But his hand was healed enough for him to play. And, as has been pointed out, Romo had accuracy problems before he got hurt. You can't blame the injury for that.

Injured or not, Romo has had accuracy problems throughout his career as a starter. IMO Cowboys fans should hold him accountable for this.

I must admit, you have some balls to come into a Cowboys forum and start **** about their starting QB considering the injuries he had through last season. Lets compare his stats to your boy Jason Campbell.

Tony Romo:

Jason Campbell

I rest my case. This is ridiculous.

Did you know that Drew Brees career completion percentage is 63.9?

Romo's is 63.6.

So you started a thread so Romo could be more like Brees.

Are you talking about Archery?

If Romo took up Archery would you be starting a thread about he isn't dedicated to football?

Wise man say never confuse balls with lack of brains.

Not worried about romo

That target deal with Brees was pretty impressive though. I could see Aikman doing it.

I think a lot of NFL QB's could do it. No pressure, no defenders. Sports Science did a fantastic job of explaining why Brees is able to be so accurate. Obviously, he's got a tremendous amount of talent, but the design of the football plays a huge factor as well.

You didn't see or read about the splint on his hand when he came back? It was against you guys. How could you knot be aware?

His hand was never 100% after the injury for the rest of the season.

Seriously, Hos? After YOUR grammar thread?

really? he was second in completion percentage in '06 and 9th in '07. top 10 in completion percentage is pretty solid IMO, especially as much as we pass and with all the media talking about having the supposed wr with the most drops (who has sense departed).

Where is the hammer hitting the nail on the head emoticon?
