Spirals are overrated. I don't think Staubach ever threw a spiral in his life.

Romo did make some very nice touch passes last night that got dropped.

He threw one to Austin on the sideline and Austin dropped it but it was a great pass.

We dont game plan or anything for these games and neither do they so I dont know how you could really grade him.

Id say he had a decent practice and showed some things.

Welcome to the board :)

But for future reference...personal attacks and insults (like calling someone an idiot) are frowned upon on this board.

There we go more people for you that did and din't through spirals all the time.

I never understood about the spiral thing yes it looks pretty but did it get there properly and in a timely manner. I worry more about guys who take to long to get back in his drops (Bledsoe); guys who have a long wind up throwing motion Bledsoe; Collins;Leftwhich etc. Guys who throw off their back foot all the time (balls tend to sail on them)

Romo's performance last night was adequate and dropped passes didn't help his cause and I would grade his performance as C+, keeping in mind that TO only played two series and T. Glenn didn't play at all.

I thought romo played a good game. he had like 2 wobbly passes and one INT that was a Miles fault for stumbling and letting Bly get infront of Him.

besides that Romo played very good... He threw some real nice passes, including a Beutifull lob to Miles that he dropped.

Overall I give romo a b+ performance...IN a real game going all out with our Wr's in full action this offense is going to be nasty.

I think a C+ is fair. He was average.....maybe a little above. Nothing great.

And....well...on the INT.....I know everyone on the board has been blaming Austin. Well, I didn't see it in the replay at all.

I'll rewatch it, but I really didn't see it.

Maybe we're just looking for some kind of excuse. Maybe not.

Watch the Broncos broadcast. They have a widezoom angle where you can see the whole field. It's not really in question that he slipped.
