I don't feel sorry for Romo, exactly. It was his mistakes that cost us the first Giants game this year, after all. But I have continued to notice that Romo's best play comes in the 2 minute drill, and it baffles me that we never use that as a change of pace tactic when the offense seems to be sputtering.
Romo is all this team has at this point. Forget the run game Saturday. Unleash Tony and see if he can out-duel Brees. It beats running the ball and letting the defense kill us at the worst possible time.
