Roto's Top 50 FA available left

Looks like they just signed Thorton. good get IMO

I like the signing because we needed a 1 tech.

But he doesn't come close to solving a bigger need............... not being able to get to the QB.

Get me Patrick Robinson and Caseys Hayward then draft Ramsey if are not going qb. Upgraded secondary with young players. Wait out then sign Hardy cheap and take at least one of the DT with our 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round pick.

-sigh- another year of Carr or Mo. At least we may add Thornton.

Heyward will be too much. Sean Smith from KC just got 4 yeras, $40MM. Hayward is going to get paid.

Robinson is a cheaper guy. Certainly better than Nolan Carroll who we are linked too.

Hayward is a slot corner. He won't be too much but he may get payed big for a slot corner.

Hayward can play outside. Which will drive up his cost to a level well beyond what we are going to spend.

I think it's obvious that we don't want to spend much on CB in FA when our first two inquiries appeared to be to Leodis McKelvin and Nolan Carroll..............

He can play outside but he is best as a slot corner. Can easily abuse on the outside due to height but I get what your saying. Patrick Robinson may be an option tho. He is still trying to resurrect his career after being labeled a 1st round bust. Sounds exactly like the player we would go after.

For me assuming what we are reading and Thornton signs I would like either Hayword or Robinson; 13 & 16. After that maybe a vet like Freeny/Long as a stop gap low cost addition then onto the draft.

This has a team view, so you can see how the teams are being harvested.

Thanks for posting this site... one name I noticed was Jaron Hosley, CB-NYG... It would be nice to land Casey Hayward but odds are he will be too high priced for us...
I remember Hosley was a nice prospect out of Virginia Tech and was selected by NY in the 3rd round in 2012... can't say he's done much as a pro but seems
like the type of free agent in the Dallas-type Free Agency price range... mostly a depth-style signing.

Another weedhead.

I know that's not a full list but it's become apparent teams have been doing a good job keeping quality players out of the unrestricted market.
