Yeah I would like to see them throwing/catching with one another...

that would be ideal, means they are developing a repoire, rather than Romo just looking to throw to a guy, just because he's your #1 WR

makes for a more efficient passing game if everyone is on the same page, I don't think TO and Romo ever were

Romo and TO were on the same page. You're not as productive as those two were if you're not. TO free-lanced a lot, though, on top of somewhat-sloppy route running. With Roy and Romo on the same page, maybe more of the big plays will be positive for Dallas.

maybe they were in the beginning, but the timing was just off all year, last year

I think they both have great work ethic and really want to be the best at what they do. Should be exciting to watch.

Considering what we forked over in draft picks and a new contract, we better see big numbers this year to justify that trade.

In their defense, Romo' pinky wasn't fully healed. Romo's back was killing him down the stretch and Roy's foot was bothering him. We played some big time defenses in December too.

They just need to get healthy, and get some reps.

Felix Jones will make things a lot easier too.

baby steps. Right now Tony is making sure he can see Roy out there with nobody covering him.

Yeah you'd think that (i) Romo's multiple injuries, (ii) Roy's foot, and (iii) playing all five of the top 5 defenses should explain at least some of the lack of production.

Roy said the foot didnt' bother him, and that wasn't why he didn't produce

I don't know if this has already been talked about on here, but I was listening to Talking Cowboys last week (I meant to post this sooner, oops) and Micky was talking about how he came into work one morning and saw Joe Juraszek (our strength and conditioning coach) stretching out Romo and Roy (they were the only players in the building, apparently) and they were getting ready to go do some work together.

He didn't say much else, so I don't know if they were both there just to lift or whatever, but I found it comforting to know that they were both in there together, at the very least they can get to know each other better.

Just thought I'd pass it along for those interested.
The hand wringers nightmare come to pass.

The good...Roy and Tony are working out together already.

The Bad...It is on a beach in Mexico.

The Ugly...Greg Ellis...not that he is or is not doing anything, he is just the ugly.

Speaking of Greg Ellis, he is uncommonly quiet for this time of the year.

I don't remember hearing much more than a peep.

Maybe he's concerned that after cutting Roy W and TO, that if he doesn't get with the program, he may be traded/cut?

I wanted to change it when we got Roy, but I didn't know I could..:laugh2:

Didn't know you could change your name, but that's nice. I probably won't ever leave Florida outside of a box, but just in case...........
