Speaking of Greg Ellis, he is uncommonly quiet for this time of the year.

I don't remember hearing much more than a peep.

Maybe he's concerned that after cutting Roy W and TO, that if he doesn't get with the program, he may be traded/cut?

He will start up once training camp starts...if he is still with the team at that time.

Actually Ellis was on record saying he saw where TO was coming from with his complaining, which I took to just be a justification of his own constant complaining.

He's usually quiet during this time of the year though, he'll probably start moaning again closer to camps and workouts.

I don't know if this has already been talked about on here, but I was listening to Talking Cowboys last week (I meant to post this sooner, oops) and Micky was talking about how he came into work one morning and saw Joe Juraszek (our strength and conditioning coach) stretching out Romo and Roy (they were the only players in the building, apparently) and they were getting ready to go do some work together.

He didn't say much else, so I don't know if they were both there just to lift or whatever, but I found it comforting to know that they were both in there together, at the very least they can get to know each other better.

Just thought I'd pass it along for those interested.
Not impressed. This happens every year every team
, whoopie.

Any chance Kitna could throw Stanback a hundred balls a day?

I think Stanback could be decent depth for us, except I don't know if his shoulder will ever stay in its socket.

I thought that the Cowboys' trainers said that the problem with his shoulder was that it could pop out anytime - even after surgery.

Maybe someone else has a better idea of his shoulder problem(s).

This is very good news, a QB has to develop trust with his receivers and the only way to do that is with practice.

As for Gregg Ellis, I think after Roy38 and TO were shown the door, the light finally clicked with Ellis that if he didnt shut the hell up he was going to be next.

Roy said the foot didnt' bother him, and that wasn't why he didn't produce
And that means it's true? He doesn't strike me as the type of person to "make excuses."

I think the evidence is that he was severely underproducing, despite coming to a better offense with a better QB.

That and we actually *DO KNOW* that he had an injured foot.

the evidence you possess is from a far-off distance

Hence no excuses. Well he did throw Garrett under the bus. That is an excuse. He said, "No plays were called with his name."

I guess you didn't read the part where I indicated I don't believe what he said.
