yea we looked great this year.

:banghead:

Flozell practically can't use an arm.
Kosier out for all but THREE games.
Down to out 3rd string LG who is a turnstile.

I could have been better, yes, but it is tough to be a dominant OLINE with all the injuries we had.

Look for Josh McDaniel to be named Broncos HC. Maybe as early as tomorrow.

I swear if the Lions hire Garrett and they win a post season game before we do all of his critics are getting banned. I will exact my revenge on you people.

:chop:

That's not going to leave many members. Maybe you should just change all of the avatars to something lame.....like a mecha-dolphin vs. vampire unicorn....with a rainbow behind them.

I know people will say 'he's not a 3-4 guy' but whatever.

Why hasn't Ken Norton Jr. been getting looks as an NFL coach at some level.

He's doing wonders at USC with his LB's. I know they recruit major talent but he still has to coach 'em up.

Plus he's a former Cowboy.

Besides I think Wade is doing all the real coaching on defense in 2009 because he had better not give the reigns back to Stewart.

I think a LB coach is more about attitude anyway.

I totally agree. I think he would be a STUD as a LB coach. Exactly the type of attitude we need on the coaching staff, he is one intense dude.
I don't think Dat is ready to be a LB coach yet. Ken already has PROVEN results too.

Houck is a great offensive line coach

Last years O-line (with Sparano) played great.

This year O-line (with Houck) played average.

How is he a great coach again?

Interesting news, I knew there would be coaching changes other than special teams.

Cowboys assistant Reggie Herring may lead Oklahoma State defense

Cowboys linebackers coach Reggie Herring interviewed Sunday to become the new defensive coordinator at Oklahoma State, two sources said.

No formal agreement was reached, according to the sources. OSU coach Mike Gundy could not be reached for comment. A school spokesman declined comment.

Herring joined the Cowboys' staff last February. He's spent most of his professional career in the college ranks. His fiery demeanor made him a legend among coaching circles and landed him on YouTube.

He was Arkansas' defensive coordinator from 2005 to 2007 and served as the team's interim head coach prior to the 2008 AT&T Cotton Bowl.

In the days leading up to the Cotton Bowl, Herring accepted a similar position as Texas A&M's defensive coordinator. About one month later, Herring left A&M for the Cowboys.

OSU's previous defensive coordinator, Tim Beckman, left to become the head coach at Toledo.

You had the same source I did. He gets the credit, not me.

I know. I also had the benefit of seeing his name pop up in articles, too.

Your satisfaction over the source's validation was amusing, tho.

He's a good guy who has become someone I'd shake hands with and be honored.
