Agree to disagree on Zeke not putting us over the top on O. As for pass rush, of course we do need improvement. We might have also won the SB if Murray didn't fumble the ball.

What people sometimes dont understand is there are multiple ways to reach a destination, multiple people can be 'right'

We ranked 31st in the league last year in pass rush there is nothing Zeke can do about that. I love Zeke but he can't put us over the top.

I don't think Ramsey will "bust" or at least not the way Claiborne did. I doubt he ever forces enough turnovers to be worth the #4 pick, but I don't think he will be a bad player

I mean bust in the sense of that he is the #4 pick. I will say he has bust potential, but also has unlimited ceiling if he taps into his potential. I've watched hours of his game tape, and I believe that he is a huge gamble. You can watch an entire game of this guy and be like wait why is he a top prospect? He clearly has great athletic ability, but his football ability is not elite. Compare it to Myles Jack or Joey Bosa, you see their impact every minute of each game. I don't dislike Ramsey at all, if we pick him I'll hope he is a perennial Pro-Bowler (which he is capable of), but I will also be scared that he will never truly find his niche in the NFL.

Again, that is your opinion. Don't state opinions as facts. With the opposing O having the ball less, and pressing to match our explosive O in points, this opens up our D to be opportunistic and create turnovers. You don't NEED sacks. We would also be prepared to outright beat teams in a shoot-out. It is my opinion that Zeke would bring the most impact to the overall team...we will win more games with Zeke in the next few years than with any other prospect, that is my opinion. Agree to disagree.

Like I said, I cheer for the Cowboys first and foremost before I cheer for a player. Also, what's stopping us from going Zeke first and then trying to load up on Defensive players? Just because we go Zeke at #4 doesnt mean we can't hit on other Defensive players later...

We are simply not going to pay 22 mil guaranteed to a RB because that's good business. If we could trade back that guaranteed money goes down alot so if we can trade back and he is there we might take him. But there is no way we take him at 4. AP was taken at 7 Gurley at 10 no one takes RB high top five these days its just bad business.

To further illustrate your point, the single greatest impact on QB sacks and pressures, is having a lead in the fourth quarter. Having a stout running game means you control the clock. Not only that, but we already have an elite QB and a very good top wide out, to go with our incredible offensive line. Zeke's impact stretches far beyond just running the ball.

And that's something you can't just put a blank statement such as 'he wont be worth the guaranteed money' hahaha...but I guess I just see it differently. Winning games is pretty worthwhile to me...

So the Dolphins, Cowboys, Bears, Raiders, Browns, Eagles (prior to moving up to pick 2) and the Giants are all interested in drafting this guy early in the draft. That's good stuff for RB's coming out of school. The League does value a talented RB after all.

Not really IMO and the opinion of the league. What affects pressure is high quality edge players. Zeke can't put us over the he's a great player but we already have a great run game we had very good TOP last year only 1 min off TOP in 2014. Our problem is not the run game its defense. Most SB teams average 45 sacks or so we need to find some more sacks.

What high quality edge player is there in this draft that is guaranteed to be elite and get lots of sacks?

Let this be true.
Five years from now, the Dolphins will be done with him.

Don't know how reputable this is, so take it how you will.

I said yesterday that I think this is the reason they're showing any hint that they might take Zeke.
The know SD might take Ramsey, so they need some other team picking in their spot.
Haha
Seriously though...
I really dont think SD wants to trade down that far , nor would Miami give up whats required to move that far up for a RB...even at a discount

Bosa is the best but we will do our best to trade down. If not and it comes down to Bosa and Ramsey they prob go with Ramsey because they want to get rid of one of our high priced corners that arnt producing. But I'm not sure Ramsey is the answer either I hope he is and can't get some INTs but he really wasn't that productive in college as far as INTs a lot of breakups but not many INTs. So we will just have to wait n see but I am 99% sure its not Zeke at 4.

*** off Dolphins! Don't freaking be idiots and trade up a ton to steal our guy -___- I would be so annoyed...but I guess Ramsey is a decent consolation price at no extra cost for us...
Lol

Pretty sure Zeke (or Bosa or Buckner) is the consolation prize, but dont know for sure
