Aikman just said he has heard Cowboys open the season at Commanders. Nothing official. :starspin

Wow. Aikman says he's 'heard' Cowboys will open season on road in Washington! On Dallas 103.3 ESPN radio just now.

OP - Put the news in the title!

Id be so pissed

We need a petition to open the new Giants stadium

Huh? The Giants would be a much tougher draw on opening day on the road. If the league is going to screw us by forcing us to ope n on the road (again) I'd much porefer it against a lesser team.

How about he chance for opening stadium revenge?

I bet there are many dissapointed souls out there that were looking for trade/draft rumors as opposed to this one..

Do you really still care that we lost the first game in the new stadium? Isn't it overshadowed by the fact that we won the division the first year in our new home? Losing the opening game is no different than losing the second game or any other game.

maybe he does and maybe he wants to.

I'd rather open in Washington than NY. I love to get some steam built up at the start of the season.

How about I'd rather play a lesser opponent and have a better chance to open 1-0

lol Same here. I just want to win that first game. I couldn't care less about playing the Giants first.

So we can hand McFlabb three losses in a row? Sweet.

How often has that happened in NFL history? Really.

People are afraid of the Giants?

You got to play everyone at some point. Id rather go to NJ in September than after Thanksgiving

This!!!:signmast:

I'll be thrilled with a W over either team right out of the gates. I don't care where it's at.

I'd rather play divisional opponents once we're a little more warmed up but if we have to then the Skins should still be the easiest.

I tend to agree with this, no need to get in a slugfest with a tough team before you hit your stride. I'd much rather open with a weak, non-division team
