Because it may be under appeal?
not only that but a distraction from the game for our team which as a young team we don't needCircus, clown show. Can’t get to game 1 without a side show. Very typical of the Jones era. But like Jerry says, any publicity is good publicity.
Let me make it clear - I feel very badly for Randy Gregory the person. Mental illness and/or addiction are terrible, terrible things to go through.
Fake fan!!!
(Never mind all the hours you've spent posting games for us, Z, and just you being a great poster in general)

I think there’s a chance it was alcohol and he self reported, making it anything but clear cut for the league.
When you think about it....
If he failed a test, he would be suspended already.
This is a missed meeting or something. It doesn't add up.
Every year without fail.Drama sinks this team

Hypothetically, yes.So he could see slap on the wrist type suspension of couple games or so.
Dude, aside from the Gregory portion of your post (which I wholeheartedly agree with), there is nothing more disgusting on this site than our good members getting called rival team's fans.Thx my brother. Don't get why some people get butthurt when you point out the weaknesses of our front office. I hate the league tests for this stuff in the first place but considering they do and Gregory's history is it too much to ask to have a solid contingency plan for him? It reminds me how they've handled Sean Lee for a lot of his career. He'd always get hurt but they'd never plan for it in the off-season.
Cowboys drama has to drag on for ratings.....we’re their last hope before the nfl collapsesIf it was a failed drug test, why didn't they just suspend him when he just recently met with the NFL?
Somebody tell me, Incase something does happen with Gregory. Is Tapper still on the PS?
If so, he is a viable contingency plan. IMO.
While prescription medications can be an effective treatment for people with Bipolar disorder. They are unfortunately, not a panacea. They require regular monitoring and usually adjustments from a psychiatrist.
It can also take years for a psychiatrist to find the proper medications and dosing for each individual and the outcomes vary widely from person to person.
