It's not high at all for a upper echelon LB at all. It's funny how we (and by that I mean some fans and the FO) apparently believe it doesn't actually cost money for good players.

And he can't test free agency. Baltimore controls him for 2018. He can only test FA is if Baltimore cuts him.

You can get a good LB in the 2nd to mid rounds of the draft. This team went down hill when Lee and Hitchens got hurt. Then they put all their eggs into one basket with Jayron. Who hasnt quite pan out yet. I'll take a new guy with his rookie salary for the next 4 years than to trade for and pay Mosley.
