Coaches should get the blame....they're big boys, it comes with the territory. If you bother to read it objectively, you might get it.
I do get it. Your coaches point of view is far from objective however.
What you're not getting is, it's not about blame, or who should take the blame. If I were the coach, I would take the blame. If I were the QB I would take the blame. That's what leaders do. It does come with the territory. Publicly accept responsibility then privately sort things out.
Neither you or I are coaching or QB'ing this team. We are fans. We have the luxury of breaking down and analyzing what we see. We can call it like we see it with zero ramifications on the team.
I would be right in Dak's face, making him explain every audible in a post game debrief. I would do whatever I had to do to sort it out and get us both on the same page. I would think Moore would do that too BUT, and it's a big BUT, we don't know just how things roll in in Jerryworld. I'm sure we've both heard enough over the years to suggest that Moore might not have quite the authority that most OC's do.
The point is, you can blame Moore simply because he's the coach so he "should" take the blame but that is very short sighted from the fan perspective. There is nothing wrong with calling it like we see it and presenting a reasonable argument as to why we see it that way. Even if it hurts the feelings of some of the more insecure and emotional among us. Which it shouldn't, but apparently does.
