Hes probably a really good fit for Chicago so it makes sense. There aren't super bowl expectations there, thats just a franchise trying to get back to respectability. They've gone the uprising coordinator route multiple times now and gotten burned. A guy with a long history of HC experience and a reputation for working with QBs seems like a reasonable route for Chicago to take if they get the opportunity. He would be a good option if even to get them on the right path for 3 years to hand it off to the next guy to try and put them over the top.
