In this mock draft, I traded down with the Bills. I The traded back to the 30th pick and received their 2nd (56), and their 2026 2nd round pick. The challenge (especially considering we are picking at 12 barring trades) was to only do one trade. Might do a 2 trade 1.0 later.

30.
Tyleik Williams
DT Ohio State

Starting things off with a nose tackle, so we should be able to stop the run much more easily with a massive upgrade at NT

44.
Wyatt Milum
OG West Virginia

Guard to replace Zach Martin, should be able to run the ball better with him

56.
Omarion Hampton
RB North Carolina

Gives a much improved run game. He ran in a 4.46 40

76.

Jayden Higgins
WR Iowa State

Tall outside receiver option who ran a 4.47 40. I think he'd be a good option to pair with Lamb.

150.

Sai'vion Jones
EDGE LSU

Pass rush depth, which was sorely lacking last year.

170.

Jonah Monheim
OC USC

https://www.nfldraftbuzz.com/Player/Jonah-Monheim-OL-USC

Oline depth who can play tackle, guard, or C. Basically, a jack of all trades on the online.

172.

Kyle McCord
QB Syracuse

Backup QB option who I think has decent upside.

174.

Nick Nash
WR San Jose State

https://www.nfl.com/prospects/nick-nash/32004e41-5338-4527-25f6-56e5009325dd

More wr help who ran a 4.57 40. I think he becomes good depth for us at WR.

190.

Jordan James
RB Oregon

https://www.nfl.com/prospects/jordan-james/32004a41-4d27-1034-c903-85aadc450efd

Physical RB who ran a 4.55 40. He was a bruising back at Oregon who gives us RedZone and short yardage help.

211.

Tonka Hemingway
DT South Carolina

https://www.nfl.com/prospects/tonka-hemingway/32004845-4d23-3360-ee60-e70114e9f825

3 tech/pass rush help who gives us depth at 3T or DE.

249.
Shilo Sanders
S Colorado
https://www.espn.com/college-football/player/_/id/4426508/shilo-sanders

Basically, a favour to Deion (which makes me think Jerry probably drafts), but Shilo could also give us possible DB help.

2026 BUF 2nd

Yeah...anything can happen but I doubt that one will. Although I do like the other top pics. I think I am higher on T Williams than most.

I like Williams too. I think he's one of the better NTs in the draft, and we could seriously stop the run with him.

Williams and Hampton would be very good picks but Hampton at 56 would be highway robbery
