what has he had to work with? There has been 18 different players on the DL this year. The best cook in the world couldn't make a good meal with 18 different ingredients where 13 of them taste like crap.

Got to love the excuses for Garrett though... His team has injuries... How many injuries on offense? Uh, none until this week.. But his defense has injuries. But you just said Marinelli hasn't done anything... Got to love their logic...

Exactly... They said the issue last year was because the defense didn't get TOs. This year we are on pace for over 11 plus more in less games. Yet, we are still right where we are at in terms of record and you take away our monstrous offensive performance against Denver, we ain't that impressive.

I think we need a full sweep all coaches need to go and start over again but that won't happen and Jerry won't give over any control because he has his new play house and he sells it out every game and thats all he cares about.

I can't wait for the day Jason Garrett gets tossed in the can and his father is kicked out of Jerry's inner circle...

Make adjustments to fit the team, not the scheme. If rushing 4 isn't working, rush 5. If cover 3 isn't working switch to man. You can't give up this much offense and offensive stats and expect to be around next year, regardless who you have to work with....

Rather see the entire training and s/c group gone first, along with Kiffen. In my world, Maranelli stays though the guy has proven to be fiercely loyal in the past and Kiffen is his guy.

As for the HC, the offense is second in NFC and the team has only had isolated moments of quitting both positives that are directly effected by Garrett. On the flipside, we haven't seen great adjustments and there are stll moments of terrible in-game decisions.
I'm really on the fence with JG, it would be hard to let him go if he manages to win the division regardless of what happens in the playoffs, but if they lose tomorrow I think he has to go.

God I hope not! I dont want anyone that had anything to do with this so called D anywhere around next year

Marinelli basically saved our butts this year. He was outstanding and to lose him would hurt our franchise.

I do as well. The only coach I would keep is Bisachia. We finally found a ST's coach!

He has done a great job. It was looking horrible in preseason but he really made the right choices on who stuck around. That is a big part of a special teams coach's job--suggesting the right players who can not only play teams well, but also be able to serve other roles. He has been a big improvement over DeCamillis.

Harris has helped immensely, but the coverage units have been outstanding. We've also seen a lot of starters playing, and we haven't seen any excuses from him. Harris got hurt, we brought in Spurlock and you could say he helped win us a game. No excuses and solid units. More then you could say for our other two units.

I want to keep Rod he is an outstanding coach. Look what he's done with just Selvie alone. He's turned into a solid player. What Rod is missing is a speed guy who can take over a game on the Dline. If Wilber didn't show anything at all on the line he wouldn't be here playing LB. I give credit to Rod for that because Wilber looks like a mainstay at LB. I hope he becomes the DC and we bring in Dline and continue to develop Wilber at LB and Wilcox at safety.
