OK, who in this game will make the playoffs, Falcons, Saints, both, neither?????

If I had to choose between the two, I'd go with the Saints because they seem to be playing like they're on a mission right now.

The Falcons are just awful...

The Panthers are a complete paper tiger. I wouldn't count out the Saints. As long as the defense can stay competitive, the offense is going to put up points. And the Superdome is going to be a huge homefield advantage all season. If you haven't lived or visited New Orleans post-hurricane, you can't understand how much that city has rallied behind the Saints. Its their biggest (only) distraction.

werent many catchable passes thrown by that RB either

those balls soaring over guys heads, at their feet or 5 yds out of bounds were so close though

That is so sad, but it's actually true. Quincy Carter was way more accurate than Vick. Carter had a great arm and good mobility. If he could have stayed away from the drugs, I think he could have been a pretty descent starter. He just needed time to work on his accuracy.

Its a very schizophrenic team. I have been watching their games and they just absolutely destroyed Tampa Bay and Carolina. Just completely bullied them.

Yeah, but my impression was that the Saints owned the LOS on the defensive side. I guess emotion counts
