Didn't we also get about $3.5 million in carry over cap from 2015 season. This number seems a bit low.

I'll only get upset if it's for more than the minimum. Stephen said that they would not neglect the position this year. I'm actually expecting us to sign one in free agency. Hope springs eternal.
