Back to the list. $138 for Terry Glenn. I wonder what he will do with that? Fill up his tank? Oops, not enough.

Goin' to Red Lobster, baby!

I'd like to see Hurd become a legit #3 next year and challenge for playing time at #2.

I would rather see Stanback battle for the #1 spot with TO. You know, producing 85 receptions for 1400+ yards and 10TDs. :laugh2:

Of course, the odds in him actually being anywhere near that good are pretty slim. ...but I can hope!!

so you're paid to play and when you do you're paid more?

i guess i don't get the idea behind this whole process. sign a multi-million $ contract (for some, not all) and yet you get more money for playing.

of which you were paid to do to begin with.

what's the goal here, adam? anyone?

You get a job at a certain amount of pay. As you go along through the year, and perform possibly above what was expected of you, would you not be looking for more money?

This is like a Christmas bonus, or whatever a company anyone else works for, might give out and the size of it being based on what you've done that year. You've already been paid for that work, with your weekly checks, but this is something extra for the good work.

Same concept only on a much larger, money wise, scale.

i think the idea is that players who play alot in a season are usually players teams benefit from. they play alot because they are good players. so when teams pay those players less money then others who maybe play the same amount of plays then there's a discrepancy not to say some kind of unfairness.

i think to compensate this a little bit, the league tries to counterbalance it. or like the poster before me said, it's just a little christmas bonus :)

Did you? Keep in mind, this is just their bonus, so to speak. On top of their yearly salary, which even for their lowest paid players is easily above 200k

Who is Justin Rogers?
Patriots' draft pick last season that they released at the end of camp and intended to put on their practice squad, but the Cowboys picked off waivers.
