The LDT is a lined up on the outside shoulder of Rivera, the RG, two whole linemen over from Allen. That seems to explain the large gap

If you can tell that Rivera is lined up on the outside shoulder of a linemen that is further away than Allen and Flo how can you not see that Sapp is lined up atleast on the outside shoulder of Allen.

HH, please take this in the spirit intended. More than anyone else on this forum you cling tightly to your opinions and refuse to budge from them. No matter what anyone else brings to the table, even if it is commentary by experts, you excuse it and try to lessen it. This has earned you the comparison to Nors. Not good comparisons IMO.

You think this makes you look smarter. Trust me, it doesn't. When the deck is stacked against you, take Kenny Rogers advice and "know when to fold 'em." You're staring at an unbeatable hand.

Learn from the 30 yard slant nonsense. You're wrong. Everyone except you knows you're wrong. You probably know you're wrong. Grasping at straws (overhead shots) isn't helping you. It's making you look more foolish.

Because it is an angled view and the farther up the screen you go, the more obvious the dimensions become. It's a lot easier to tell where ted washington is as opposed to Sapp, at least from what I'm looking at.

I'm really sorry, bnut I just don't see how it'sa plain as day where Sapp is. I can tell where washington is no doubt, but not Sapp. That angle just doesnt allow for it IMO.

Can someone give me a link to provide context to what this post was intended to respond to?

It appears this argument was occurring elsewhere, and I am interested in seeing what that discussion was about.

Link, please?

Show it to 999 people other than yourself.

No one is going to agree with you HH. Not one single solitary person.

You want to see it your way. It just isn't going to happen and as I said, you're looking foolish because of it.

I don't want to see it my way, as I've said if it was conclusive I have no trouble admitting I was wrong. I just dont see it.

Where's this coming from anyway? No fair to start a new thread about an existing argument.

It's from the "Losing L. Allen, gaining K. Kosier - pros and cons" thread, which was locked.

Basically because he's setting himself up for yet another beating. I realize that it's in vain to get someone to stop when they are so obviously wrong, but I just can't help myself. It's the Boy Scout in me that wants to help the little old lady across the street.

Let's try it this way.

For the angle that HH is claiming to be correct the LDE would have to be lined up across from Rivera. The picture clearly shows him lined up opposite Petitti. This makes sense because no LDE is going to line up where it makes the double team easier. The reason it's clear is because the LDT is not opposite the Center, he is lined up outside of the Center and there isn't room for 2 guys lined up together in front of Rivera.

In other words, the angle he says this is skewed to does not exist and it is just what it appears to be. The RDE is lined up way outside and Sapp the RDT is lined up basically face to face with Flozell.

If anyone disagrees I'll be shocked.

Well, HH, I have read this whole mess...and, well, your a young man, and you need to learn that you are not right all the time!

You can argue all you want...but Sapp dogged Allen on that play.

Also, if 10 people see it a lot different then you, what do you think you will accomplish be repeatedly saying everone is wrong, and you are right?

You blew this arguement...learn to be a man...admit it and move on!

You will gain more respect from admitting you are wrong, the continuing to argue you are right...when evidence concludes you are, indeed wrong...

Don't blame bad eyesight, optical illusions, or what not....that's backstroking!
