Jameis has all the tools...he can make every throw, has all the arm strength and mobility. It's just his decision-making that holds him back from being an elite QB. But you see how good he can be, even as an INT machine, he's still a productive NFL QB. Any other QB who throws that many picks might be out of the league already

It's strange. because every coach that has had him says his football IQ is very high. Put him in front of a chalkboard or playbook and he's outstanding.
But in real time, he gets fooled a lot. Plus with his arm talent, he tries stuff he shouldn't..

Winston is one of, if not the worst starting QB in the league. Imagine being a Bucs fan and watching him cough it up at least once or twice a game like clockwork.

I don’t know how, but somehow I feel his destiny will have him a Raider at some point.
