I think that was an imcomplete pass. He was halfway thru his throwing motion.

However, if they score a TD this possession, that fumble might actually work in Titans' favor.

Not how it works. He has to have control with the ball moving forward for it to be considered a pass. If it comes loose before he moves the arm forward it's a fumble.
