Thanks for your inputThat's stupid if you believe Stephen Jones told him not to run, just because he said he doesn't like it. Smh

Quality addition to the thread. The guy running the franchise gets no say in one of it's biggest decisions. Gotcha.![]()
He was actually stepping up into the pocket and not getting spooked so easily by the rush. He put faith in his OL to block and his receivers to catch and trusted his instincts and training.
Something tells me that before this week he's been told to not run the ball which is his safety blanket. If he feels like he can't utilize that, then he gets the jitters and is over-experiencing the pass rush.
Let Dak Do Dak Things.
This is your proof...lol
Stephen Jones: Dak Prescott’s running gave us a spark last night, but “you can’t just consistently serve your quarterback up as a runner...I can’t necessarily see our plan being to run Dak 8-10 times a game. I think you use it to set everything else up.”
Pretty sure Dak is undefeated when he runs more than 7 times per game. 5-0 or some such.
Ok? You said you're pretty sure he was told not to run. I call bs
5 times out of 38 games played. And all 5, we won.
Anyways I'm not a Dak Defender or something so I'm not gonna argue, I'd rather have a new QB. Have a good night.
Again, nobody dispute he should run. You said he was told not too.....bs

"nobody dispute he should run"
Except Stephen Jones did...ya know, the guy paying the coach's salary....
Ok for real I'm done now LMAO
I still don't get the aggressiveness at home and crap on the road.
blatant Plagiarism sue him for all his gotI just posted this not 10 minutes ago .
You do this all the time.......
yes and we still should be 4-2This win makes last weeks loss even more head traunmotizing.
Just like Witten was Romo's safety valve, Dak's legs and running ability make him feel safe and play with confidence, knowing he has that available to fix his situation.

Jerry’s orders. Play vanilla on the road. Win more at home to establish a home field advantage and get folks to keep their seats, then put the peddle to the metal and finish off strong to make up for these early road losses.I still don't get the aggressiveness at home and crap on the road.

You dont think the Jags were trying that...with decent players on their D? Looked to me like hustle had a lot to do with how dominant this team was today. This was a credible win, and teams will begin to focus more on ways to outscore this team...adjusting to stop Dak plays into the way this team is assembled...Zeke will start to really go off for 150-200 yards a game if they start spying because of the Dak dual threat.Eventually teams will scheme to contain Dak's scramble with a spy and he'll have to beat teams from the pocket again and we have seen how well that works. He has to be comfortable when that happens too.
