I'll give them credit for making some plays in the last two drives of this game. Something they did little of last yr.... So there is that

The Cowboys pressure on Cousins was dreadful. Cowboy fans are going to be holding their breaths all year long until this team provides a consistent pass rush.

The Cowboys barely beat a bad team (on not their best day). I'm happy for the victory, but not delusional to think this team can compete with the big boys of the NFL.

I'm pretty sure we're the worst team in the league in Points Per Drive though. Mainly because of talent.

At no point have said this defense is good or will be good. I will stand by what I said. The defense played well enough to win last week. Better than most expected. The offense did not. Today the defense was a huge part of why we won.

2 drives by Washington started on our side of the field because of a turnover and a bad onside kick and They held up and only allowed 2 fgs. Not to mention last 2 drives and the turnover in the end zone.

Say what you want about luck and cousins missing wr. That happens every game. Happened last week with us with drops. Part of football.

It will be about as good as last year's. Which is t good enough.

It's a travesty how they went about improving the defense this offseason.

Lawrence is like 10x the players we're trotting out at DE. So his presence will help when he can return.

They've got to get Nzeocha on the field when healthy.

But yeah, giving up 21 points a game is at least average. Better than most expected.

Because in order to be a real threat in the NFL you need a real defense. We don't have one.
