What I heard today is there will be around one hundred and fifty old players and affiliated people there tonight. They had to be a Cowboy for at least five years.

Place is going to rock.

Here's another little bit of trivia. In 49 years in the NFL only 1 season the Cowboys did not have a player elected to the Pro Bowl or as an All Pro. What season was it?

I'm guessing 1989, could be wrong though. I know Eugene Lockhart should have made the probowl, but Singletary got voted in as usual.

How many people remember that it hosted the Pro Bowl in January, 1973?

Vs the Browns on 9/19/04. 9 days before my nephew was killed. The last time I spent with him.

Neither did I until yesterday. I stumbed upon this pic by accident. I seem to recall that they always played this game in LA. Or maybe it was rotated.

Well, I pride myself on being a man and not crying....It's funny to see the ladies I work with try to get me to cry by having me listen to sappy songs and the like.....

But I'm already getting a little puckered. This thread has brought up many memories.

My first memory of Texas Stadium is walking to the stadium. It was dark...we were late...and the crowd moaned. The guy walking next to me said..."Oh no, Buffalo just scored!"

We went on to win that game. It was awesome to see a stadium that big. I don't remember much about the game. I do remember how I felt. That was the first professional sport I ever watched...I was hooked.

I was able to go to a game last year....it was the Ram game. Romo had his HUGE scramble at the end of the first half that game.

Anyway, my breath was taken away when I first saw the field. The Star in the middle of the field was my first sight. I looked around and saw all the names in the Ring of Honor.

I'm glad I got to go back. I hope my next trip includes my son. He's quickly becoming a die-hard as well.

I've always wondered why no one has this as their sig pic. It is without a doubt one of the greatest photos in Cowboys History.

Not as iconic, but still nice.
