Steele Coming off injury and if not mistaken isn’t he at least a restricted FA . I like 77 as well on the right side don’t think he’s a 17 game answer . Younger ( less expensive rookie contracts ) are always to be taken . Philbin got canned someone in that building wasn’t happy with the package the line put together .

Steele was phenomenal this year. We found him, developed him and he is producing. You don't let a young stud tackle walk out the door.

He had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with Philbins departure.

Major injury rehab but let’s count on him and 77 handling a T spot for 17 games plus . . No one said Philbin was fired over “ Steele “ .

Right and the OL giving Mahomes time to pass and Pacheco running room nah that had nothing to do with a W .

Steele had an ACL and MCL injury. Gonna take some time. Having said that he was arguably our best Olineman for the majority of the year and he’s not going anywhere. They need to draft a stud LG and this thing will be complete

Btw I’m keeping Tyron for insurance. RT is way easier than LT so hopefully it limits his injuries

Lesson is the elite QB wins most of the time. Some guys are just winners. Eagles were the better team.
You mean the iggles were the better team during the national anthem because when the game started they were losers.

Mahomes was amazing but let's be clear here:

The chiefs only won because the fumble and punt return.

They deserved to win but apples to apples comparison, the eagles outperformed the chiefs offensively. The chiefs had a better all around game.

It doesn't take much at this level.

Both of these teams would have crushed the cowboys. All top 4 teams would have crushed the cowboys.

And how do the Eagles coordinators become HC material before the team bus left the stadium in Az but the Chiefs O And D men didn’t get a nibble from the USFL ?

OL and RB, in no particular order - but I do have a dream scenario where Cowboys land a certain RB from UT. That would be awesome.

Yes, if they keep Tyron, then they won't pay McGovern to stay at LG because they can go to that lineup at some point before the playoffs.

Also a good reason to draft OG 2nd or 3rd and not 1st. A 2nd or 3rd round OG should be ready in 2024.
Cut Tyron - keep McGovern.

Hurts played a great game and actually had a higher QBR than Homie. Spinks got his *** kicked. Stupid comparison.
Hurts had the one egregious error - and it was ultimately the difference in the game. Otherwise, he would have had an MVP game.

Just looking at our needs....
Honestly, without knowing what they are gonna do in free agency and who will be available once we are on the clock, it's really hard to know,,,
It's pretty easy to guess what Dallas may do in Free Agency because they do the same thing every year. The Jones family spends the first week or two of free agency on family vacation. Then instead of wheeling and dealing and getting impact players, they dumpster dive, but often wait until after draft to do so.

You don't have a clue, therefore no point for me to waste time trying to explain.

I picked the Eagles double digits because I felt the DL which tore through the NFL at near record levels would harass # 15 all day especially if the ankle was any problem.

Wrong . The Chiefs handled business all day long allowing the MVP to pick things apart and allow a 7th round pick from Rutgers to be effective as well running the ball .

Would not mind at all for Dallas to work it’s first pick magic again on a bookend RT go with last yrs stud LT Smith . Only makes sense try and make this offense compliment a very good defense .
The Chiefs won for two reasons:

1. Elite quarterback
2. Elite coaching (Reid knew how to adjust in the second half to exploit the Eagles coverage, especially at the goal line.)
3. An adequate running game to move the chains.
