Who made Stevans drop passes?
Who made Hasselbeck throw an INT?
Who made the kicker miss 2 field goals?

Every time Seattlegot something going it was taken away by the refs. And the refs were seeing stuff that didn't happen, like the bpgus holding penalty that called back a red zone completion, like Rothlesberger DID NOT cross the goal line!!!

Like the offensive interference penalty in the end zone!!!

This game was BOGUS!!! The REFS aught to be FIRED!!!

Is the NFL now fixed? Was the fix in on the refs???

I know. I felt like I was watching Super Bowl 13 all over again. The NFL loves the Steelers. They should not have 2 of the SB wins they have now. I can't wait for training camp!

Horrible officiating. the ghost holding calls or what about the personal foul on Hasselback for TACKLING THE GUY!

You're right, I was having frustration flashbacks....Let them win the game without the zebras...gee...The funny thing is they might have won straight out but we will never know since they were given the game on a platter....

You forgot the playclock expiring before Rothlisberger called timeout on their last drive that allowed them to keep that drive going. Clear :00 on the playclock and then Rothlisberger turned around and signaled timeout and the ref gave it to him.

I forgot about the clock one:mad: , what a joke. How about the Hasselback penalty for TACKLING THE GUY with the Ball!

Good points but this game should have been closer if the refs weren't stinking it up.

I wonder how Mike Pereira can justify these calls on Total Access later this week....

Yes there were some bad calls, but great teams can overcome bad calls. If I'm not mistaken the Steelers were able to win against the Colts despite the refs goofing on a Peyton Manning interception. Parker broke along run and Randle El threw an awesome pass, the refs had nothing to do with those points. This game officiating is no where near boxing which does have crooked officials.

I think it was obvious to all that the reffing favored the Steelers. Of course Seattle didn't play the perfect game, but what team ever does?

What made the officiating bad was not necessarily how bad the calls themselves were, but when the calls were made. It seemed like every one abruptly halted Seattle's drives at key times. It's hard for a team to find offensive rhythm in a game like that.

More than anything.... the Hasselback INT cost them the game... they could have pulled within one or gone ahead by 3... oh well....

I didnt think Seattle would hold up their end of the bargain...

Atleast the Steelers didnt get the 5th Superbowl against us 10 years ago...

Yeah that game shoulda never been that close... I can't remember specifics but it wouldn't surprise me to hear there were favorably calls to the Steelers. If O'Donnell doesn't melt down in that game, it may have been like tonight.

Do the math, if the Jackson PI call isn't made... LATE... and the Roethlisberger stuff at the goalline is a FG, then the game is 17-14 in the 4th quarter. It may not have changed the outcome, but it would have been a completely different game.

I totally agree. Most bias officiating that I have ever seen.
The mvp for the steelers were the officials.

I say, is that J. Edgar Hoover? I haven't seen his mug in a very long time but I remember him when I was a kid.
