Hey! That is real good advice, thanks! Lucky for me, my sister does not drink, so she is the DD.
Good for your sister. Being a DD isn't an easy job. Tell her thanks.

And may you have so much fun that you have to look at a newspaper to see who won...:D

What's better for you? Steak or Beer?

What kind of beer do you drink, if you do drink? Not that pee-pee Coors stuff?

the expensive stuff. you know, the ones that cost 6-8$ a sixer. much more flavor there.

if your beer is made with Rice -- it is not good beer.

and it'll taste pretty good too. :p:

I'm not doing the whole SB party thing. I actually like watching the game and having people over makes me play hostess. No hostessing for me. If anyone dares to come over, it's every man for himself once I'm done cooking.
You and I would get along fine at a party. As I stated earlier, deli tray, veggie tray, and a cheese tray. Serve yourself and keep up with the conversation. I like having friends over, but I will not play host. If you're hungry, make yourself a sandwich. If you're thirsty, the big white box in the kitchen can help. :D

Rice is good for you! Besides, BudWieser cost me $6.45 for a sixer! You think that is cheap? You UnAmerican if you don't drink Bud!! ;)

I'm with you aber. I used to drink cheap beer when I was younger, but then got introduced to the wide world of international beer and haven't touched a Bud or Coors in years. It has to be thick enough to eat, or I don't like it. ;)

Plenty of hors d'oeurves (provided by the guests) before the game and first half, then, a shrimp etoufee w/o a roux, and a crawfish etoufee with aroux at the half.

My wife and I will be having popcorn and candy as we watch Capote and Match Point at the theater.

Now that's what I'm talking about. Not just international though for me -- we've got a lot of great American beer products -- The western states especially, Sierra Nevada, North Coast, Medocino Brewing, Bridgeport, New Belgium, Stone, Lagunitas, the list goes on and on.
