He will play. I have had that before stretch it out. Shoot him up and he will be fine.

I think he gets another...unless they grab another top CB in FA or draft. But only because I think two years removed from an ACL would get him back to where he needs to be. All these nagging injuries seem to be byproducts from the original injury.

to be honest, I don't think people realize how much athletes compensate from one injury, which often leads to more. hate to jinx it, but 2 years removed from his ACL injury, Sean Lee *might* play in all 16 games, and he had been dealing with that his entire career.

Well scandrick was never a "top" corner in my eyes... he waS always average at best now he is injury prone and a distraction if he had a mildly average season doing holdouts for more money

Tomato, Tomahto. Not really interested in discussing his on-field. I think he's been a very solid corner for the team.

But Is he really a distraction? He seems to be putting in the work and he's on the field.

Man, it just hit me in the last month. Have you found any way to treat it and/or get rid of it?

Try either getting a deep tissue massage or a foam roller and working your IT bands. I was completely hobbled with PF and went in one day for a massage. The guy noticed the tightness in my IT bands and freaked out. I almost complained because it hurt like the devil and was not what I came in for, but he convinced me to stick with it. I walked out of there with absolutely no pf pain. It came back once or twice and I rolled it out with a foam roller we had around the house, and it's never come back.

I don't think it works for everybody necessarily, but it solved it for me. I was on the verge of cortisone shots which also hurt and are a temporary relief, if that.

I used to deal with plantar off and on when I played ball. First time I got it at coach Patterson's camp thought I'd torn a muscle or something. If its severe I'd make sure and see a podiatrist. Usually for plantars they'll just suggest ice and rest just like for any other soft tissue injury, although it can be quite difficult to stay off your feet.

What made the difference for me was learning how to stretch my heels before running/ lifting. This website lists some good ones. http://www.healthline.com/health/fitness-exercise/plantar-fasciitis-stretches#Stretching2 Alternatively, if you don't have a wall or other items near you can find something slightly upraised like a curb and balance on your toes with the heel hanging off while slowly lowering yourself to stretch out the heel. Just make sure not to push it too far.

Because he got injured? lmaoooooo I'm glad some of you aren't making these moves. Him and Carr? With Mo being a free agent?

The past two years it's been something I'm not making moves thinking about 2014 or 2013 scandrick

Keep Carr... mo if he dosent ask for the world and have brown back at the slot with us drafting a mid round corner... leggo
