Takes several weeks, but you can do it.Man, it just hit me in the last month. Have you found any way to treat it and/or get rid of it?
1. Buy some Birkenstocks for around the house. Don't walk barefoot. Cup your arches when you're in the shower.
2. Do calf raises on some stairs very slowly every day.
3. Take an Aleve in the morning and mid-day.
4. Stretch your feet and calves before you get out of bed.
5. Roll a tennis ball under your feet when you're sitting and watching TV.
There's other stuff, but you just have to stay after it until those muscles heal.
