TP is a great weapon, its not the move i would make but i dont absolutley hate it, we will have 16 mill cap hit at RB now best case scenario and that is still way to high.
almost guaranteed a dak extension with a lower cap hit this year. will likely wind up trivial, and he’s too dynamic to let walk imo. last time we did that we wound up relying on the panty thiefits playing Russian Roulette with the team by doing this. Not very smart.
IF FULLY HEALTHY YES but history of the rb position says this is a bad idea. Then throw in the last 2 years where he's been hurt.TP is a great weapon, its not the move i would make but i dont absolutley hate it, we will have 16 mill cap hit at RB now best case scenario and that is still way to high.
he could still take a massive pay cut to his base, probably wont, but if he does he will be on the team.Well thats the death knoll for zeke.
this front office been flying blind for 27 years.Bad move IMO, but that doesn't matter. Hope it works out.
If they get the same production one year at 10 million isn't bad. They absolutely need to let him go next year. Draft a running back in the mid rounds this year. Pollard was a big weapon for this offense last year. One more year at 10 million is worth it.Its a 10 mill gamble and I hate it. Dallas is assuming all the risk. NEVER EVER pay a RB a 2nd deal. Even if its a tag.
Pollard is worth it. He also won’t break the bank. It won’t be anything terrible like Zekesso we are giving a 2nd deal AGAIN to a rb. Thats 10 million we won't have UNLESS we sign him and prorate the cap hit. Stupid is AS stupid does.
might not be ready week 1.If they get the same production one year at 10 million isn't bad. They absolutely need to let him go next year. Draft a running back in the mid rounds this year. Pollard was a big weapon for this offense last year. One more year at 10 million is worth it.
I think it does mean you will see Shultz in diferent laundry next year though.Well thats the death knoll for zeke.
This has merit, luck or not it is a truth.20 has been injured 2 years in a row. We deserve whatever we get.
Idiots until our fans complain ankut lack of a run game with a fresh crop of rookies and random signings at the RB spotBecause the franchise is run by idiots.
If healthy than I stand by what I said. If he is a gamble and they lose that gamble than yes 10 million wasted. I'm hoping they know his recovery of the injury better than we do.might not be ready week 1.
