I mean, lying and leading people on are pretty similar. "Never lies" is a bit of a stretch, too, imo Bob. With all due respect, brother.

Rapaport is crapaport, without a doubt. I much prefer his network, tho, so there's that, I guess.

For me, all these insiders are scummy, save Glazer.
All these knuckleheads always rushing to make news....
As @dallasdave and Spicoli would say

The Cowboys are such a unique asset in that there is no middle ground. The only people infuriated by seemingly unjust treatment is our own fans. Evidence or not the only people with a negative reaction to any discipline to 21 would be us, And regardless, every Sunday we will tune in. The league has got a free pass to do us in and all we keep doing is keep the brand strong via ratings, clicks etc. We are treated like a punchline, with everybody else laughing. It's grown extremely old. Especially these last few years.
Exactly:clap:

Ya, he could be disciplined or he couldn't. Wow, really going out on a limb there......

Nothing to see, he's looking for listeners.....

I don't think anything is going to happen either. I think Schefty had to push a story that he wasn't really comfortable with. He generally doesn't put out information like this unless he was pushed to do so (see Dez secret video tape story as an example).

I would be really disappointed if Zeke got suspended because I'm thinking how much more information did they need and couldn't this investigation have been taken care of last year?

He says he talked to some who said he may get disciplined and has talked to others who said there would not be any discipline. That tells me he does not know but it is a slow time of year and got to report something. Either way he can claim he was right. lol

I think ESPN brass pushed him to report "something."

There is absolutely no way they can suspend him if no charges are brought and he says he didn't do it. Plus there is the evidence he had that she was seeking revenge and the witnesses that said nothing ever happened. If they discipline him at all, they put every player at the mercy of every single female they come within 20 feet of. All she has to do is threaten to go public with an accusation no matter how unfounded. If a woman's word is all it takes to get a player suspended, then the league is officially on its last legs.
The league can do whatever they want. And for those looking for reasons/conspiracy theories, it's about the money.

The tide turned against the Boys when Jerry signed the independent endorsement deals and the lawsuit fiasco. We've been targeted ever since. I watch the NFL as entertainment only since then because it's a little too obvious that pro sports are no longer sports. This forum is best part of pro football to me.

Remember this?

ADAM SCHEFTER SAYS HE KNOWS WHAT’S ON THE DEZ BRYANT VIDEO, BUT HASN’T SEEN IT

http://www.sportsgrid.com/real-spor...ts-on-the-dez-bryant-video-but-hasnt-seen-it/

Did you read the article? The headline is incorrect. No where in the interview within your link does Schefter say he knows what's on the Dez Bryant video. All he says is he's heard of a supposed video but hasn't been able to find it. And he only came clean in that because PFT reported the story and ESPN pressured Schefter to do a follow up, which he reluctantly did.

Right!?

Obvious hack is obvious. He's always on two phones, pretending to be busy.

The only "insider" that's national that I like (I don't consider the gorgeous Jane Slater national) is Jay Glazer.
Schefter is better than Glazer.

Schefter is better than Glazer.
Glazer is loud, arrogant, bombastic, funny, and self-aware. He's like the Joe Rogan of NFL "insiders." And the antithesis to the dweeby, scummy Schefter.

And thing is, unlike Schefter and his spoon fed ESPN "contacts," he (Glazer) really does have inside info and sources. A lot of people do go to him, due to his notoriety. Not just management of clubs but players as well... and he's the only one with the Spygate video.

Glazer romps on lil Schefty, Tyke.

We're sending @Bullflop in to self-immolate him. Bull's taking one for the team, PA :D

I had to look that immolate up in the dictionary to know what it meant. It said "to sprinkle one with meal before a sacrificial killing." OK, now, I'm willing to sprinkle Goodell with barley before throwing him to the lions but I'll be dipped in s*** before doing it to myself! :D

Lmao!!!! Hahahahahaha!!! :lmao::lmao2::starspin:

Self-immolation is to offer yourself as sacrifice, but by burning! Like the monks in Vietnam.

Bull, we already agreed to this -- in return for your selfless service, you get the banner at the top of the Zone for all to see in perpetuity! :D

Your definition is great, tho! Barley!!!! Dipped in ****!!! LMAO! :flagwave::muttley:

Just a couple more weeks until Spring Training and 1st preseason game shortly thereafter. Can we hope this is settled by then? Or the media is focused on something else?!

Yikes . . . to me, it sounds like a selfless act that I could easily do without. Thanks for thinking of me. I'm, indeed honored to be chosen for such a selfless act. It just seems like that's "taking the heat" to extremes! And as far as our agreeing to this -- whadda you mean "we," Kemosabe? ;)
