Schein: Dallas Cowboys enter 2013 season mired at bottom of NFC heap

Played for the division title the last game of the season with half of our defensive starters out for half of the season and one the best defensive players in the NFL playing with one arm. Yet, with all of said starters set to return for 2013, we are the worst in the NFC East and one of the worst in the conference. Yeah, got it!

Adam Schein needs a new career because he's obviously not very good in this profession

What an absolutely ******** article. Worse than the Rams and Cards? Come on...

Rams are loading up. With multiple #1 picks and now adding LT long, with new TE from Tenn.

Arizona is a qb away from being decent

The Rams don't have a QB either.

This is a repost, but no big deal.

It's still dumb :D

BTW, the thread title is misleading....as we are one of the worst and not THE worst. :laugh2:

I agree the Rams are getting better though. Fisher seems to be making some good moves so far--and getting all those picks from Washington helped kick-start it.

We are the middle of the pack in the NFC, but have the potential to be one of the best this year.

BS article.....

we are better than Eagles, Commanders (yes i said it), Rams, Bucs, Panthers, Cards, Lions, Vikings ....and just as good as Giants, Falcons, Saints, Bears....Seahawks, Niners and packers are the only ones I think are clearly better....

thats just my opinion, but truth be told no one knows a thing about the 2013 Cowboys...new coaches and a new defense, with alot of healthy players returning and a draft coming up......we could go backwards yes...but we could also leap light years ahead....way to early to be writing dumb articles like this one

I don't know what's worse, The idiot who wrote the article or those of you on here who get butt hurt over it.

I don't understand how some people can be so sensitive over what these reporters write. He sets the trap and you take the bait. Next thing you know this guy is getting all the publicity he wants.

The annoying part isn't that it's written. It's that people will read this and buy into it.

The only ones that can change the perception of this team are the players. So whether people buy into it or not doesn't mean anything.

While there might be a question with the eagles and a new coach, I have no clue how anyone could come away thinking Dallas is anything but the worst in the East.

Woulda, shoulda, coulda goes a long way on this board.

But every time I see those types of posts I think of Mr. Miyagi.

Danielsan, you karate do. You karate no do. No you karate maybe.

There is a lot of football maybe here with the rewriting of history.

Consider the source.

Then disregard the article.

Wouldn't it be easier to just stick your fingers in your ears and sing la-la-la-la-la?

You're big on killing the messenger.

A kid with a Cowboy hat must have given this guy an atomic wedgie when he was young.

I am glad he is switching from NFL Radio to Mad Dog.

The team has issues...

But free agency has only been here a week.

Not yet time for going over the edge.

Honestly, this is like a hardcore Commander fan coming over and telling us everything they hope is wrong with our team. It's hardly even based remotely in fact.

Dallas was 8-8 with almost everything going bad.

-Bernadeau having the surgery and not being 100% for most of the year.
-Costa missing almost the entire season after looking promising in preseason and the games he played in.
-Sean Lee missing half the season
-Bruce Carter missing half the season
-Barry Church missing most of the season
-Bryant and Austin missing some time
-Smith missing some time
-Lissemore missing 6 games
-Murray missing 6 games
-Ratliff missing 10 games and never really being healthy all year

His praise of the Giants for adding Dan Connor, Brandon Myers and Cullen Jenkins while ignoring the loss of better players like Osi, Marty B, Canty, Phillips and some others.

Him stating that Dallas hasn't got any better yet, last I knew there still is a draft and more time in free agency. Somehow he doesn't find a problem with Washington that has lost players, hasn't added anyone of note and doesn't have much in the way of draft picks.

The Eagles were in the crapper a year ago, lost a lot of players, lost a top Coach, kept a sorry Qb and somehow they are now the beast of the east? Whatever.

Vikings at best got a split with the trade of Harvin and the signing of Jennings, who has had trouble staying healthy and has a mediocre QB throwing the ball to him.

The logic is so absolutely one sided, it should just be ignored.

In this case, fingers in the ears would be a blessing. This messenger had it coming.

I'm not shocked to see you accept the message without even considering what it said.
